Hey Wired, Consider this thought. You and your neighbor are complicit in a sexual assault on his wife. It sounds like from the above your are well down the road of conspiracy to commit acts of lewdness, or whatever they call peeping in your jurisdiction. He is doing everything very hush-hush with you and you are going along with it. What, if in parallel, he is arranging things with your wife, also very hush-hush, and behind your back. As others have said, the best advice is for you to talk openly about this with your wife, if not his wife.
I can foresee so many scenes where you come out smelling of shit while he comes out smelling of roses.
