I have one question though, whoever loses the buck naked match has to do the ultimate humiliation the next night at Raw. Would'nt the loser not show up then? Or will is the loser taken away after losing at Extreme Rules and locked away so they cant run away from Raw.

Pride/Contractual obligations.
McMahons live up to their debt. Steph wouldn't walk away from her own company no matter what the cost.
Paige could be risking getting fired if she didn't live up to the deal. She wouldn't want to toss aside her career when it was just getting started.
But don't worry, I'll have chapter nine getting into the head of the characters and explaining their mindsets.
