Did the long walk from Playa del Ingles to Maspalomas beach about 5 years ago with my wife.
We were quite a way out by the water - no one around when i spotted a guy jogging - naked - he made a beeline for us and as he got closer you could see he had an enormous cock - 9" (230 cm) !! - slack ! - waving about as he ran.
My wife said 'Good God !' when she clocked the size of it.
I would put the guys age at @ 35 - tall, blonde curly hair, good looking fella too.
