Dont think you can stop people doing it and it is a risk you take by posting.
That said, it is a thrill knowing that numerous men all over the world are looking at your wife and wanking away so for us it is definitely worth it!! Perhaps make them anonymous as much as you can so that if they are reposted it wont matter?
