Alan,

It's the only one that I found of her. Not many links were returned but two that were when I did a Google reverse image search just now showed that the same picture was uploaded to two other topics here in 2013. Oops. The other hits were for a site called Hulmiliatedwives, but there isn't a set of her that I could see there.
