The rumor is that the original dancer backed out at the last minute because of the nudity, so Zatorska was the replacement. So it was probably because she's clean shaven they changed the lighting for the TV performance to hide as much of her bits as possible (and did some funky camera angle changes). If you watch the video of the other two performances (Nagisa Shirai and Virginie Caussin) the lighting is very clear and you can see everything.
