Dutch girl band ADAM, fully clothed, but...
In case you haven't seen it, a Dutch girl band called ADAM made a video for their song "Go to Go", in which three members are filmed, clothed, from the waist up, performing the song. The catch is that there is some sort of stimulation going on off-camera, causing them to climax as they try to perform. Very sexy and worth checking out.
