I had this exact same thing happen to me, almost 16 years ago, when my Sister-in-law was nursing her 1st child. My Wife always used to find it rather odd, that when ever her sister had to feed the baby, I would always make my excuses and leave the room. This time was no different, for my part, until my Wife stood in the doorway, preventing me leaving, stating "You are making too big a deal out of this, and making everybody concerned uncomfortable, so just sit down and relax - You wont see anything anyway!"
She was right, I couldn't see anything, and I had previously been uncomfortable for no reason, for around the 1st 8 minutes at least - Then came the old switch-a-roo!
