Way before this there were water parks with long slides where the person ended up in a small pool to stop them. The places we went had a viewing area to watch as people slid down into the water.
You'd have to be a total idiot to not know a loose bikini or even a man's loose baggy swimsuit wouldn't come down or off. Both my wife and I used to wear bikinis. Our bottoms usually remained on but my wife and others almost always had their boobs fully exposed. There was no way of preventing it. Smart people, or shy ones, wore a T-shirt or cover up.
After we wore ourselves out sliding down the different slides I'd spend hours taking pictures with my film cameras of other women. After awhile people knew who to watch and where to stand. Lots of fun times.
Log water rides were almost as much fun.
Sorry no longer have the pictures. Just letting you know that similar places were and are still around. Our favorites were in Wisconsin, the Smokeys, and Florida.
My wife was asked to not slide after awhile in some waterparks and not to go through the Spook Houses with those air chambers. Her and her GF's liked not wearing panties under their mini skirts.
