Tell me about it. I just noticed that little "change" to my post & was debating commenting on it. The fact that you quoted me & addressed the issue is what led me to it.
I can maybe understand possibly filtering out words that are usually meant as disparaging or pejoratives for females (because it's not
always a bad thing), and I totally "get" the whole part about "we won't allow revenge scenarios on this website," although I'm 100% convinced that has happened- just not overtly. Conveniently, both of those situations are clearly mentioned in the rules, so it's not hard to abide by them.
What really gets me is that we can see all kinds of images of women peeing (and I'm imagining men peeing too, although I can't say I've ever seen any of those here since that's not something I tend to go looking for), yet "golden showers" are against the rules. And that's a misnomer anyways; what's the defintion here of a "golden shower?" A human being as the "target" of someone else's wee stream? Why is that bad?
I've personally seen several images from different sets and another complete set that incorporates a woman peeing onto someone, and the threads I've seen these images in were frequented by mods. With that in mind, it's understandable that one could come to the conclusion that such images are acceptable. Yet in other threads- none that I've made-, posts are pruned of images that contain "watersports." Where is the line drawn? And who draws it?
Y'know, I like this site a lot, but some of the rules are labyrinthian and the enforecement thereof is likewise head-scratch-inducing. It just seems so needlessly arbitrary. I'll give you an example of what I mean: in the United States, voyeurism is illegal in a lot of jurisdictions and can get you disqualified for certain jobs if you own up to it in the interview process, and that's not even
including filming/photographing it. Swinging, no matter how consensual, falls under adultery if you're married, and the military will throw your ass out for it if it becomes known that you do it. I know- I've seen officers whose careers were shot to hell because word got out that they were wife-swappers. On top fo that, some states consider adultery grounds for divorce- again, no matter if it's consensual. Thankfully, all of those topics are considered fair game here; in fact, one could easily say they're celebrated and respected. Not a problem in this little universe, right? We're socially advanced and beyond criticising someone for indulging in what they want between 2+ consenting adults. All good.
So really, what's the difference between a chick peeing on the sand at the beach and if her lover's got their face underneath butt, right in the trajectory of her urine stream? Why is it ok to post pictures of twins or brother/sister pairs enjoying some
highly illegal (and socially unacceptable & stigmatized) intimate sexual time here, yet to use the clinical textbook definition of that activity is somehow frowned upon? Why is that word filtered out?
I don't have an issue with rules provided they're clear-cut, make sense and are fairly applied. I've already covered an example of how the "water sports" rule is arbitrarily enforced, so I'm not getting into that again. But with regard to the pejorative words for women and "revenge scenarios," both of those no-nos are listed in the rules. And that's the problem; while those two are clearly stated, there are apparently some rules that the site is designed to enforce but you don't know until after you post that it's a rule and you've just broken it.
So here's my request/suggestion: amend the rules listed on the forum to include examples of all the words & phrases not already mentioned that are filtered out. That way we know exactly what's allowed & what's not, everyone's on the same level playing field, and there's no guesswork.
And if this is something that "should have been sent to a mod via PM," then I apologize in advance. But I think it's a fair question, I didn't use any foul language or call anyone any names, I wasn't disagreeable, and in a roundabout way, the issues I brought up were already been mentioned earlier.
If a mod wants to PM me a response, that's fine. Just know I'm not being difficult or one of those people who is "incapable of following the rules." Quite the contrary- I'm all
for rules! All I'm asking is to know precisely what the rules are, because not all of them are listed. I know; I looked.
