No, Billy Barty is the one with the gun. The one holding Carrie Fisher's leg was a French actor whose last name was Binon. IMDB doesn't list him anywhere, I looked. He was in the film, as the little person who stopped and closed himself in the dressing room with all the young nubile women. Sadly, he died not long after the film's release.
