It sounds like Kat feels hard done by, seeing as she hasn't won a single round, and was sure she would win the last one. Perhaps a suggestion of double or nothing is in order, with an 'event' of her choosing. If she wins, you pay $400. If she loses, she delivers both the original pics as promised, and the Skype session as subsequently promised. Make sure you lost this though.
Hell, I'd be happy to kick in to support your 'loss', as long as it meant she was up for more challenges afterwards.
