It must just be human nature and instint. Maybe partially because we see those close friends and neighbors daily.
But now that we are older, retired, and living far away I think back and see it really didn't matter. Most of those neighbors are dead now as are those delivery people and most friends. The rest have Alzheimers and can't remember shit! Even those people who see our wives on the internet will soon forget as more naked women show up.
As a retired trucker I still remember seeing many naked women and sex acts on the road. But rarely see their faces and sure can't remember what they were riding or driving in now. Just watch for the law and have fun. Life is too short to worry what the next door neighbor thinks.
