It's really not too hard. Either start a new thread or post a response like you already did. After you type your message, scroll down and find the "Manage Attachments" button. Click on the "Manage Attachments" button and that will open a new window where you can choose the file(s) you want to upload. "Browse" for the files you want to select and then hit "Upload". Wait for the upload to finish. This could take a while depending on the size of your file or the speed of your internet connection. When the file has finished uploading, you can close that window and hit the "Submit" button. You're done!
