Bottom line is it is ok to go topless there if you are protesting anything (as you can see from the vid). Otherwise it is illegal.

We'd heard rumors about this case but were never sure. I also thought it was legal to have most any kind of protest march or parade anywhere. Found out that depends on who you are and where you are from.
Imagine the time, grief, and money, she went thru to get that far.
Sadly by the time we got through the traffic to get parked in a motel parking lot we sometimes stayed and then thru the large crowd, and many unfriendly cops, a large group of us missed the main parade anyway. What were left was just men and women dressed more like normal tourists. We did see two women in an upstairs Main st window topless hanging out the windows. Heard police went after them. This happened way back in March 2004 I believe.
It was our first and only chance and my wife wanted so badly to be part of it. She'd been right there on main Street topless and flashing many times before. Then things changed and it's more like a church social with little kids and bluehaired snowbirds.
