As I remember it the original topless thing was started by feminists, maybe they think they've made their point and don't need to carry on now. Or maybe it's their daughters realising every time they get their tits out on a beach their photos end up on OCC.
Whatever the reason, I hope it doesn't catch on, we're going to France later this year.
