Don't know what star system you're from, but do the babes from "Alpha Lyrae, i.e. the star Vega" look that good when they're cooking vegetables in the nude?
Most of the astronomy types I know, wouldn't care what these babes decided to call themselves, as long as they willingly kept their clothes off, and they
didn't have to look through their telescopes to see them.
Actually, the most popular star named Vega, is singer/songwriter Suzanne Vega, who has always looked pretty good too.
When it comes to learning what a word means, "before you adopt it for your particular agenda" a dictionary is always a good place to start. If you've got a lot of time on your hands, you might want to contact all the world's lexicographers (dictionary writers) and inform them that vegan's aren't really people who only eat vegetables, but they're actually alien natives of the star system of Vega.
While actual pictures of the alien "vegans" may be interesting, hopefully more pictures of our own Earth-grown naked vegans are ready for "full disclosure" in this thread.
