For 30+ years off and on when younger we played similar games with a twist. My wife would not let another man fuck her or cum in her mouth. She'd let many groups of friends do pretty much everything else with and to her.
Also she would not let me or others actually bind or tie her. After years we did finally get to loosely tie her down. She would panic if held too tightly even though others were tied much like these photos, even on torture tables.
