This one happened today.
I was driving and saw a nice lady in a dress at an atm strugling with her dress. I thought that there would be a nice upskirt as soon as she had to use both hands, but I kept driving.
A little later, when I was returning (about 10 min later), the lady was already walking further down the street and I was lucky. A sudden gust of wind gave me a clear frontal view of her white panties.
