I'm not super turned on by tampon strings, though sometimes when my wife's on her period I like string pics enough to use one or two. I kind of think they're cute. More than anything I think they're interesting. I think women are interesting, women's bodies are interesting and the things their bodies do are interesting. It's not all supposed to be a turn on 100% of the time. If a women actually said to you "I'll show you my pussy but I have a tampon in" would you be up for it or would you pass? I think pussies look good regardless of a tampon string. Kind of similar for peeing. My wife and I have seen each other pee 100's of times, it's not really a turn on but it's not a turn off either, it's what people do. Sometimes we might look a little more than others, sometimes we'll have a conversation right in the middle of it, sometimes it's just "Oh they're in the bathroom." Pee pics are something I seek out but I don't think they're gross either.
At least that's the best I can describe my level of interest.
