That's a damn shame.
There is another site, but it's not working either. I get an error message that says "SSL is required", whatever that means. Luckily, there is still a way to find Flickr albums through the file name. Just add the file name after this URL and you'll be taken right to the picture:
flickr.com/photo.gne?id=
Not as convenient as using one of those sites would be, but at least it works.
