My own sister is in her late 30s and I never thought about seeing down her shirt as she is my sister and all, and she dresses like a super prude anyway, so even when I lived with her in my 20s I never saw anything, ever (but I didn't try, either).
She was over this weekend and we were outside trying to help the kids ride their bikes. She bent over to help her kid and I reached over to grab the bike and our heads almost collided, and when I moved out of the way, I got a perfect view down her shirt and into her bra. I felt weird for a second, but in a millisecond I thought, "what the heck" and I looked. And I saw that she had absolutely no breasts but her tiny pale areolas were really, really puffy.
Later, my wife asked me why I was acting so weird, and I told her "um, I saw my sister's nipples this afternoon." My wife laughed and said that she caught a glimpse, too, and we talked about it, and it didn't really seem that weird after all.
