Tony Batman did an interview after the 2013 N.A.P. in which he mentions that he was host of the Wet T Shirt contest ; and in the notes about the audio it mentions that he talks about it a bit .
Maybe he mentions the name of the young lady who won.

I was at NAP on Sunday 2013. The woman who won was not a young lady - she was a party granny! It was hilarious, and she was a great sport. She had huge, low-hanging tits that the audience went crazy for - she was embarrassed but really pleased.
The numbering for the Wet Tshirt Contestants is different than that for the "regular" NAP performers.
Here's what I have for your girl right now - I had a shitty seat so they're not all great. But hey, you wanted more!
