"Out of order"
I live less than 20Km from the Cap and am normally a frequent visitor. But I was stupid enough to do myself a painful and mobility-restricting injury a few weeks back that will probably keep me off the beach for most of, if not all of, this summer. As I eagerly look-forward to July and August for the other 10 months of the year, you can guess how gutted I am! Self-pitying moan over - have fun everyone!
