But the pedant in me must point out that a) it's not on a bridge - it's on Park Lane [that's Hyde Park in the background] and b) it's from last year's ride.
She took her knickers off only a hundred yards or so after the start - presumably just so as to avoid the bun fight of snappers
She wore a similar flower headband this year - but took her knickers off before the start
