My suggestion would be what I did with my wife.
I am making the assumption that you are giving but not receiving.
Start off giving him head then turn your body around and straddle his head.
If he doesn't start doing something with his tongue then lower your little kitten right onto his mouth.
If he still doesn't get the hint then you two need to have a conversation.
