Default Brighton - the start - one young lady

I would echo what others have said about it being a fantastic and amazing day - perfect weather during the day and in the run up to it would have made it as easy a decision as possible for anyone wavering about taking part. The aspect that struck me most was that whilst there were some speaking with a southern European accent, where nudity is perhaps a little more commonplace on beaches, for example, quite how many had southern english accents - clearly locals to a greater or less extent who had decided to strip off. I had no encounters with stewards at all - apart from one who i photographed on the beach. The one time I felt slightly guilty was when I seemed to become part of a wall of camera wielding men greeting every lady who emerged from the sea (though there were plenty of times when a more confident photographer than I would have just snapped away).

However, for all that perhaps the behaviour of some photographers at Brighton can be criticised, it was so much more considerate than the unruly crowd who turned out for Manchester.

To start my own contribution, a young lady who I saw at the start but didn't manage to see at either rest stop or the beach. Whether she left the ride or just vanished into the sea of beautiful nudity i don't know. I came across her, with her male friend, topless and then, from the side rather than frontally , watched her shimmy down her pants, as causally as anything (I assumed there would be another layer under there given how laid back she was) to complete that rather fine sight.
