It took a while to work this one out. In the 1st picture, she is obviously being painted green on her left tit, so I then looked for images of a green left tit, but no matches. The best I could do was in image 2, which shows a similar hair and face, but it looks likes her left tit is blue. The 3rd pic solves the problem.
