This one brings back som nice memories...
There are quite a lot of nice ENF in those italian films among some more crude nudes:

"Pierino..." are a series of comedies with nudity and silly actor playing as an overgrown kid, almost all feature some ENF (a couple of scenes per film, more is rare)

In "Grandi magazzini" (big warehouse) the first 15 min offer some female store clerks changing into uniforms (just nudity and underwear), some peeping upskirts through grates in the floor (hard to see), and a male store clerk opens the blouse of a female customer mistaking her for a manequin (nice frontal ENF). Haven't seen the full film...

I remember also a bizarre one where a bimbo in a strange short dress get it tangled with a magnetophone (one of those things for magnetic tapes), sort of unraveling the opaque part of the dress and leaving her wearing some kind of see-through net... in the middle of a high society party while she remains oblivious for a couple of minutes.

Sure there are many more, but those are the first come to mind.
