Once a female nurse friend told us about the guy who came in to E.R. with an actual sausage in his pants!
Years ago before remote vibrators wife and a few of her GF's used regular battery operated vibrators and dared each other to turn theirs on in the darnedest places. They did this often when just the girls went shopping. They all normally wore no panties but had to to keep the vibrators from slipping out.
