I have been visiting a near by nudist resort that is family oriented, no sexual anything at all allowed. A big difference I've noticed between men and women being nude in public is that you can't really see a women's genitals as they normally move or lie down. And you certainly never stare, so the opportunity doesn't typically present itself. I can only tell if she is shaved or not.
But, us men can't help it. Our genitals are out there in the open for everyone to see, nothing we can do about it. And there is plenty for the women to look at if they want to. Us guys will walk around everywhere completely naked.
Maybe, there are some women that get a little jealous of the fact that its so easy for men to just stand or walk around exposing their sex organs to everyone and they want to do the same.
