Since ancient times,Tantric practitioners have taught their initiates that to have a wholly healthy mind and body; we have to fully love our genitals and the sexual energy hidden there. Men do not seem to have any issue embracing this concept. Women, however, are a different story.

When a woman can come to know and love her vagina as the mysterious, warm, dark haven and home to the sacred life force; she will find herself developing a new, more charismatic relationship with her sexuality and her man.

A woman may prefer to avoid thinking about her secret centre yet it is one of her most alluring and feminine assets. Consider if you will:

It’s adaptability. Although the average vagina is only about 3 inches (7.6cm) long and 1.3 inches (3.3 cm) in diameter, it dilates during penetrative sex to fit perfectly around almost any size penis.

It’s resiliency. Strong enough to push out a baby, our vaginal muscles remain fairly toned throughout our entire life. However, if we do regular Kegel exercises, we can strengthen them enough to squeeze our male partner’s manhood like a vise – and create more intense orgasms for us.

It’s self-cleaning. Not only does it have a full monthly cleaning, the vagina regularly sheds part of its lining in the form of a creamy discharge making it one of the cleanest – and slickest – parts of your body.

It’s unique; just like you. Your lovely vagina may be as smooth as Egyptian cotton or as ruffled as the finest silk lace. It may be pink, brown or dark red in colour. It may be shaved, have a little tuft or trimmed neatly all over. It is truly a personal wonder of nature that can lure a man to explore and worship.

And the pièce de résistance? The vagina has the clitoris; the only human organ made purely for pleasure. The tip of the clitoris may only be 1/6 inch long but it contains as many nerve endings as the head of a penis yet the tissue extends deep inside to spread orgasmic shudders throughout your entire pelvic region.
