My experience: you should have no problem locating them nude in Florida (mate's been trying to convince me!) and the Southern French beaches (I saw topless Indians - and knockouts too - two years ago during my summer holidays). Hard for me to click 'cause I was wearing nothing except a pair of slippers and sunglasses!
