Since it's nearly impossible to tell from nude or semi-nude pics if a woman is a biological mother, my opinion is that a Milf is a WOMAN somewhere from her late twenties to her early fifties. What you and I percieve as hot may be 2 different things, but to me the truly hot ones have a pretty face, are confident enough to be erotically photographed, and may have a few extra pounds on her (in the right places) but that's it.
