Actually Haulover is the only 'official' nude beach. South Beach is topless. There are some others where folks take their chances. Most times law enforcement will tell you cover up, but some get a bug up their butt if they catch you sans clothing. There is even a law that thongs are not allowed on the beaches in State Parks.
