Provided you use IE, pull down 'Tools', click on 'Internet Options', click on 'Settings' for the 'Browsing History', then click on 'View Files'. Sort it by size - videos are generally quite large. If it is a '.flv' format video, then you need a 'flv player' like 'Applian FLV and Media player'.

Thanks for your tried explanation for an solution, but today there are many websites which try to protect their videos.
So no data gets into the cache or gets deletet instantly.
If the video was stored in the cache(temp folder), the video is not protected.
If I remember correctly, "Vice" offers their videos with an "Live-Streaming" technologie, which is protected with Java-Script.
So you have(most times) to search for the source data in the Java-Scripts of the website, which is mostly time-consuming for non advanced users.
