Wink Margaret Lockwood from "The Lady Vanishes"

This is a still from a 1938 Alfred Hitchcock movie called "The Lady Vanishes" released in 1938 but remade years later with Cybil Shepherd & Elliott Gould as the main characters. The movie copyright was never renewed so the full movie is available free online.

In this scene Ms Lockwood had been hanging her ski trousers on a chandelier and an obviously embarrassed hotel worker is lifting her down at her request. She is wearing a skimpy cami-knickers (hey, I don't know what it really called but I'm hoping it's a manful attempt, in a non-Transvestite way, of acurately describing her attire)...anyway whatever they're called, no one expected that someone would be able to pull a still off the Web 75+ years later.

Ms Lockwood, wherever you are, you had a lovely rear end.

Thanks Hitch

p.s. anyone any comments about what Hitch was trying to suggest with that Champagne bottle just under her bouncing ass ...no me neither ?
