The first actress walked off the set due to director Stanley Kubrick's rehearsal schedule. He rehearsed the scene over and over, for days on end. Adrienne Corri nearly quit the film herself (for the same reason). Oh, did I mention that Kubrick insisted on full nudity during the rehearsals? I believe the last two photos are of the first actress who played the role (mis-identified as Adrienne Corri). I don't know her name, and I've never even seen her face. Does anyone know who she was?
