Great forum, the topics are so...topical!
In my humble opinion, opportunities for upskirts and downblouses abound. It is particularly nice that girls/women are free to wear whatever they want, and a surprising number wear skirts and dresses these days. I like all aspects of women, but the voyeuristic aspect is my favorite.

So to stay on track, I think parking valets, and doormen at major hotels have the best jobs. Why? generally in metropolitan areas, with lots of tourists, and women dressed up for fancy functions, or maybe business - either way, there are lots of upskirt targets. I keep my eye out for opportunities to show off my wife, and she (mostly oblivious to my nefarious intentions) has often fallen prey to my schemes. Whenever we go out, I pay the extra few bucks to have the parking valet park our car. Not every valet is interested in peeking up dresses, but many are. You can immediately see when they are, as they leap to open the passenger door, even when they aren't taking that particular car. Then they "casually" hold the door open, seeming to look away, but you can see them angling their field of vision at just the right time to catch my wife as she swings her legs out of the car. Bingo, more often than not, my wife who usually tries to keep her knees sort of together as she exits and enters the car, still can't keep her legs from spreading at least a little, and her pretty panties are on display. She never wears stockings/pantyhose, so it is always a nice pantyshot.

In China (my wife is Chinese) the doormen are really blatant - in fact my wife has complained to me on occasion, and even once to the manager of a big hotel we stay at, in Hong Kong. (the manager just rolled his eyes, as behind her I just shrugged my shoulders....) I just tell her that she shouldn't worry too much, and it is hard to actually see much unless she is really careless, which I assure her she isn't...I'm such a liar! So we take taxis everywhere there, and every time we pull up to a hotel, or to a restaurant, the men in China are real horn-dogs. The percentage of doormen and parking valets that like to look is way up there, I'd say probably 80-90%. I really enjoy our trips to China, as my wife shows off her panties at least half the time she gets out of the taxi, despite her cute efforts at keeping her knees together, and/or pulling at the hem of her dress. Despite all this, she gets distracted enough that I see her spread her legs really wide on many occasions, and I can see the guy holding the door for her have a happy look on his face, and smirk at his buddies after, too. leaving her to manage all the bags from her shopping expeditions help, as she can't pull her skirt down or be extra careful when she is trying not to lose anything. I play the dumb husband, so they don't notice me at all. One time with friends, she had to scoot from one side of the back seat to the other, to get out. I was in the front, and I knew what was going to happen...Sure enough, my wife spread her legs wide several times while exiting the car, and there were THREE guys upskirting her, the taxi guy looking over his shoulder, and two parking valets, jostling for position to take a peek. My wife was so busy chatting with her uncle that she didn't notice that three strangers had just gotten a great look at her panties. (BTW, her panties range anywhere from nice cotton panties, bikini style, to really nice sheer lace...can't tell which ones she'll wear, but the guys don't seem to mind either type!)

A quick story about my ex-wife, who was in her early thirties when we got divorced. She also is Asian, and was a stunning professional woman, but who loved to wear short skirts and dresses - I guess it helped with her male clients! Anyway, she would drive this sports car to work every day, and occasionally I would go with her. I noticed this was a "full-service" garage, and the parking valets would park the cars for you. My ex would comment on how polite the valets were, "unfailingly" holding the door for her each time she came in or went out. No Sh** Sherlock, my ex wore skirts and dresses almost everyday, sometimes with pantyhose, usually not...I know for a fact she is not very careful, even when she thinks she is...I have no doubt the valets saw her panties just about every workday of the week!!
