1) Yes a little. From my own experiences. A site/club owner will arrange for one or two girls and advertise it as a greedy girl night/pay party. The guys pay for entry and guaranteed play and in return they have to agree to be videoed after signing a model consent form (masked if they want). Another amateur lady once got me to play with her for a few live camshow, no money changed hands (well not to me) talking to her and hubby afterwars she said it was really hard to get fresh content all the time so she often did gangbangs or bukkake where she got the guys to sign the model consent form and pay a modest fee as that meant they had a greater chance of actually turning up as when it was free they would all bottle out!
2) A clip I made with the lady above made it onto xhamster. I got it removed right away (it was up for a few minutes and had about 10,000 views) and no comeback yet! I recognised me obviously but you would have to knowme pretty well to do so (only a short shot of my face). My ex from way back made a gangbang porn clip like you describe and it ended up on xhamster and a few other sites (content gets sold on I guess) sorry but I can't link as I havent the time or willpower to trog through looking for it. Her husband was in it looking very happy and encouraging her along. I know it was seen by a friend of her's form school who had held a huge crush on her and downloaded it and used it to blackmail her into a couple of private sessions. I know friends from both of their's also saw it but not parents.
