NCIS (2005) Sasha Alexander skirt blowing (higher quality)
Sasha Alexander’s character was killed off in the second season finale of NCIS. She still appears in the third season opener in flashbacks and as figments of other people’s imagination. When Agent DiNozzo thinks about her, he puts her in a schoolgirl uniform, complete with a blue plaid skirt that he imagines blowing up.
Alexander has 3 surprised reactions: a first when she realizes what clothes DiNozzo has put her in, a second when her skirt flies up, and a third offscreen (dammit) when DiNozzo admits he’s also visualized her naked (which presumably means she's now naked, hence the offscreen cry of fear and surprise).
The full version of this scene with DiNozzo runs about 40 seconds with Alexander’s reactions starting at 0:20. If you just want the skirt blowing, the shorter version is for you. These are higher quality vids than what I've been able to find of this scene on this site.
