In Greece it is quite common to see topless girls in any beach... however, in recent years this trend is unfortunately receding due to fear of melanoma or other types of skin cancer... The girls seem to fear their tits are more sensitive to skin cancer than the rest of their body, although the medical statistics show that in women, the most common site is the legs and in men they are most common on the back!
go figure...
