Don't know what movie this is from but the premise is her character is caught by some toughs and she's tied to the bed, stripped to her panties, shirt ripped open and bra removed and left to fend for herself before being sexually assaulted. She uses a razor blade to cut herself free when everyone leaves the room. Quality is not the best but good shots of her nipple(s).
