NNude woman streaked through Rock Hill neighborhood, banged on doors

A Rock Hill woman whose aunt said she had been using crack cocaine throughout the day streaked across a neighborhood without her shirt and pants on Christmas Eve, knocking on stranger’s doors and yelling “nonsensical things,” police say.

At about 1 p.m. Tuesday, police were sent to a Hutchinson Street home after a woman reported that her niece, Angel Brock, 38, began taking her clothes off outside, according to a Rock Hill Police report. She told police that Brock had been “smoking crack all day and was running around yelling and taking her clothes off.”

They found Brock banging on the screen door of a house. She was topless and her pants were falling down around her knees, the report states.
