Per Crispus, who I am starting to think works for the CIA, NSA, FBI, NASA, NCIS, etc and has access to the spy satellites, and can see every woman flashing all over the USA. He then catalogs all of those flashes, and when we ask where a certain one was taken, he just has to look through his files.
