Per Crispus, how he can even get a starting point on some of his discoveries amaze me, said this: "Picture Lane" is at the Tulalip Resort Hotel & Casino, variously listed as Tulalip or Marysville WA (about 35 miles north of Seattle). I didn't get the exact angle, but kruegersheetmetal.com/asm/portfolio_tulalip.php and youtube.com/watch?v=lEgJff0motY should show enough details to confirm, or check Bing Maps for Tulalip Casino; I assume the lane designation is specifically for those wanting to photograph the extensively landscaped area in front of the entrance...
