I have several female assistants and I rarely if ever wear underwear so I know my mushroom is showing at times. I catch them looking now and then and just ignore it. Of course it turns me on but can't quite cross the line of work or I would take the chance of losing my long term great employees. One (blond) is a bit older but in great shape. She works out hard every day. The other is brunett is about my age and they both dress to the nines while at work. I purposely keep the office a bit cold for obvious reasons. Now and then when I am sporting at half mast I purposely walk out and sit to talk to one or the other and when I am referring paperwork and not looking them in the eye I can catch them checking my bulge. Of course if I make it bounce it always makes them change positions in their chair...
