I've long been a lover of women/girls in panties on beaches for whatever reason: no bathing suit with them, easier just to be in panties, or liking to be in panties. I've been to beaches with quite a fw women who enjoy just being in their panties (and sometimes bras) in a public place, an exhibitionist turn on. Also women who like pleasing the guy their with who likes the display. Also, lots of women don't see the difference between (some) panties/bras and bikini and just don't care.
So for what ever reasons, more the more merrier...and love women on beaches (or in public, or anywhere for that matter) in their panties....
