I was pre-med in college and as such I had to do 300 hours of volunteer time in the ER at the university hospital. This was in New York City so we saw a fair share of really gruesome things. But there were also many cases of people coming for lesser reasons, like they were drunk, or had fallen and hurt something, or they had the flu and so on. For these people, the doctor would give them an IV to keep them hydrated and they'd usually stay with us all night until they felt better. After an hour or so, inevitably they had to pee. This is where I came in.
As the student volunteer, "pee duty" was one of my main chores. I'd give the guys a funny looking pitcher and they could go in there. For the women, it was trickier. They needed to use a bed pan. This meant I'd get them to sit up a little and lift their body a few inches while I slid the bed pan under them. To do this, I'd have to lift their hospital gown so I could get the bed pan in the right place. Every time I got a full view of naked pussy.
