Relevant to this particular thread. The Canadian comic Teresa Pavlinek did a TV special called "As I was Saying".
In one sketch, she played a neurotic model called Gigi and, while topless, she has an assistant cover her boobs while she talks on a cell phone. No nudity, but funny as hell.
